Intecel is an expanded PVC Foam board with an integral hard skin glossy surface that has wood-like characteristics. Intecel is an ideal alternative to conventional exterior wood products such as painted plywood and marine grade plywood. Intecel can be painted, screen-printed, cut, drilled, routed and glued just like wood. Intecel has a wide range of applications such as, sign substrates, routed letters, POP displays, display booth components, screen printing, and photolamination substrate. What makes Intecel unique is its closed cell structure making it impervious to moisture. Unlike wood, it will not swell, rot, or delaminate. Intecel conforms with UL94 V0, UL94 5V and UL48 and contains no lead or heavy metals making it recyclable.
