Intero is a premium fluted thermoplastic sheet manufactured from high-quality polypropylene resin, featuring an internal ribbed architecture that provides exceptional compressive strength and impact resistance. To maximize industrial utility, the sheets are treated with a high-level factory Corona Treatment, a surface modification technique that alters the plastic substrate to ensure permanent ink adhesion and prevent delamination when printing or gluing. Inherently resistant to water, chemical exposure, and temperature fluctuations, it will not rust, rot, warp, or degrade when deployed outdoors. As a mono-material made entirely from polypropylene, it serves as an environmentally sustainable option that industrial waste facilities can easily collect, shred, and repurpose back into raw plastic production once a promotional campaign finishes.
