High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS) is a versatile thermoplastic sheet created by blending general-purpose polystyrene with synthetic rubber, which significantly enhances its strength, flexibility, and resistance to shattering. It features a smooth matte or glossy surface finish, is lightweight, and can be easily thermoformed, vacuum-formed, die-cut, and printed upon. HIPS is widely favored for projects requiring durability combined with effortless shaping and fabrication.
